When Saturday Kitchen, the UK’s leading cookery programme, planned a special edition to mark the festival of Diwali, the producers wanted to spice up the show with one of the UK’s foremost Indian chefs.

ZPR introduced them to client Andy Varma, head chef and managing director at Chelsea hot-spot, Vama – The Indian Room. The programme aired to an audience averaging 1.1 million.
